Nonetheless, men especially struggle to seek the opportunity they need for a safe place and person to resolve the sadness, disappointments, sexual dysfunction, flashbacks and negative worries about life and loss that they are experiencing. Often men avoiding accepting the need for a professional guide/coach scramble to cope by instead compounding their  difficulties with substance abuse, pornography, affairs, or other forms of regression toward a more youthful time of life and success.   Dr. Cobiella's no-nonsense, no "psychobabble" delivery of concern along with services and practical recommendations that are effective, provides relief and resolution of symptoms that is widely popular amongst males in spite of, as well as because she is, the opposite gender.
